Lynne Furtado
Lynne is a recent graduate of the Arizona School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, currently practicing Tuina under AOBTA certification while preparing for the national acupuncture boards. Originally from Oregon, she was called to the desert to follow a path of healing. Her approach is rooted in the belief that balance begins in nature and deepens through self-care and community. Lynne’s intention is to help others find ease, harmony, and connection in their bodies and their lives, recognizing that each individual deserves to feel well and supported.
In her Tuina practice, Lynne integrates cupping, gua sha, and acupressure to address musculoskeletal tension, improve circulation, and support the smooth flow of Qi. Each treatment is tailored to the patient’s specific needs, combining therapeutic technique with relaxation to promote recovery and restore balance within the body’s systems.

She attended Arizona School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and graduated in 2024. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of New Mexico, which included all of her EMS training and a range of holistic medical subjects, such as holistic health coaching, homeopathy, and psychoneuroimmunology. Her years as a New Mexico paramedic and medical assistant shaped her steady, patient-centered approach to care. Heather blends the insight of Western medicine with the restorative principles of TCM to support pain, stress, fatigue, digestive imbalance, and overall vitality. She believes every patient should be treated as a whole, individual person (Mind, Body, and Spirit), and that this can be achieved through TCM.
